Cleaning & Polishing

Bring back the sparkle in your jewellery and gems. We can professionally clean and refinish your jewellery in our workshop. 

Ring Resizing

Rings can be uncomfortable if they are too tight and easily lost if they are too large. Whether it is a new ring, or an existing ring, the workshop will resize it to a perfect fit. Precious gem set rings are our speciality. 

Laser Work

When working on your repairs, we can use up to date state of the art technology in the form of a laser welder, which allows us to do precision repairs on tiny items.

Stone Sourcing & Setting

If you have a piece of jewellery with a lost or damaged stone, the workshop will replace and reset the stone. We can also supply stones for you to view and choose the one you love. 

General Repairs

Each week, many jewellery repairs are carried out in the workshop. If you bring a piece to us for repair, we will professionally assess it then give you a no-obligation quote. .   

Re-tipping

Over time, the claws that hold gems in place wear away, and it can result in losing the stone. At Rock Lobster, we build up the claws by "re-tipping" the ends of the claws or replacing them, making sure your gems are safe and secure again. .
