 If you have any questions or concerns about delivery don't hesitate to email, we always respond very quickly. We are a small business and our service is really important to us.

All parcels are sent tracked and signed and you will receive shipping and tracking confirmations, by ourselves, Royal Mail and Evri. Royal Mail have been excellent for us in the last 10 years, and more recently Evri have been very good also, just to reassure customers who are new to our online shopping experience.

FREE DELIVERY orders over £75)  Royal Mail 2nd class signed for  3-5 days  

 

Evri Standard Tracked 2-4 days                    £3.25  (orders under £50) 

Royal Mail 2nd class signed for 3-5 days   £4.95  (orders under £50)                   

Royal Mail Signed for 2 Day Delivery             £6.95     

All parcels are sent with tracking and options for delivering to a safe place or can be re-scheduled with the provider if you are unable to take receipt of the parcel.  Please be aware our parcels don’t always fit through a standard letterbox so please be aware that you need to be at home for delivery. 

 

Please note:

For Customers in our local Worcester postcode areas we sometimes deliver ourselves, however if we are really busy it will be sent by Royal Mail.  For urgent gifts please contact us and we will do our best to help. 

If you would like your item sooner or delivered on a Saturday, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.                     

Standard International Delivery -  7-10 days £14.99 (America, Australia, Canada & New Zealand) - For items of high value we use Fedex or similar discussed at point of sale. 

We are also happy to gift wrap free of charge and include a personal message, just ask or type a request in the note section on your order. 

 

Fine Jewellery Delivery 

For orders of significant value you are welcome to email us and arrange a face to face call by Zoom or what’s app so that you can be assured of our service and meet us to make your considered purchase more personal and re-assuring.  We are also happy to video the item you may be considering.  Shipping for items of value are fully covered and insured accordingly.
