Didn't like the jewellery? That's okay, let us
talk you through our exchanges and refunds.

For a full refund, you must return the items to use within 21 days from the date you received the goods. After 21 days, you will only be eligible for an exchange. You can return items using the portal in the footer menu at the bottom of the homepage with the heading Return Your Item. You can also use this link: Return your Item

You must return the item to us within 21 days from your dispatch date shown on dispatch email originally sent to you if you wish to exchange your order. 

Items returned outside of this period will not be exchanged or refunded, but will be returned to sender. Please note that the return costs will not be reimbursed. Postage or other return costs will be the customer's responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

Please note: sale items can be returned up to 14 days after purchase. 
No refund will be given AFTER 14 days unless item is faulty.

Please also note that all items that have been Personally Engraved are none refundable or exchangeable due to the nature of changing an item for personal needs.

What condition must the products be in?

Although your statutory rights as a consumer will not be affected, the goods are second hand without the packaging and we may not therefore be able to exchange them voluntarily. You can take the goods out of the packaging to try them out, but don't throw it away. Additionally, any free promotional gift issued with an order must also be returned if you are returning those goods.

The goods must be returned unused, with all labels and tags attached and with their original undamaged packaging. We will consider the condition of the goods being returned when making a refund.

Refunds will be made against the original form of tender.

How do I send my parcel?

We strongly recommend that you use registered post, recorded delivery or another secure method of delivery, retaining the receipt until you have received credit for your return. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods.
