Shipping And Returns
You can return an item to us for either exchange or refund within 21 days of receiving it, providing that the product is unused, and in the condition that it arrived in, including any packaging.
The only exceptions to this are for:
- gift vouchers
- pierced earrings (which cannot be returned for hygiene reasons)
- items that have been made to order
- items customised to order
To exchange your original item for a different product / range please place a new order through our website and return your original item to be refunded following the guidelines below. This has proven to be the most effective route for you to receive your ideal choice as swiftly as possible.
Please download the Returns Form and include this with your returned parcel. If you do not have access to a printer then please make sure you include a covering letter with your Order Reference Number, reason for return and whether you need to exchange for another size or whether you need a refund.

All items must be returned within 21 days of the dispatch date shown on the dispatch email we originally sent you.
Items returned outside of this period will not be exchanged or refunded, but will be returned to sender.
Please note that the return costs will not be reimbursed. Postage or other return costs will be the customer's responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
Although your statutory rights as a consumer will not be affected, the goods are second hand without the packaging and we may not therefore be able to exchange them voluntarily. You can take the goods out of the packaging to try them out, but don't throw it away. Additionally any free promotional gift issued with an order must also be returned if you are returning those goods.
The goods must be returned unused, with all labels and tags attached and with their original undamaged packaging. We will consider the condition of the goods being returned when making a refund.
Refunds will be made against the original form of tender.
We strongly recommend that you use registered post, recorded delivery or another secure method of delivery, retaining the receipt until you have received credit for your return. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods.
None of the above terms affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied nor does it affect your rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations.
